  • For small jobs we will create a mood board that will show case finish selections, paint, flooring, lighting, a space plan, and furniture selections. We will include drawings for structural changes, built-in, or other small details that need to be detailed for all involved.
  • For large jobs we will create this room by room in a binder that allows us to visually help create a consistent flow from one room to the next. Helping us track decisions made and keep all parties on the same page.
• Design Details and sketches for contractors and subcontractors will be created and detailed to keep the project moving and help answer questions.
• Walk-throughs and regular progress updates, making sure the clients desires are being met.
• Working with subs to relay design details and instructions.
• Project management, making sure the client’s decisions are made in advance so we don’t slow down the design process, ordering and tracking of Furnishings, accessories and other specialty items.
• Final installation of furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments etc… staging of accessories, hanging art and a final polish to give you a professional finished look.
