New Construction Services Apply to Residential and Commercial Projects:

An initial consultation to learn more about your style, budget, and wish list.
A knowledgeable professional to help guide you through the hundreds of decisions that will be required to make, and helping to ask the best questions for the most desirable outcome.
A working relationship with your architect and builder, ensuring that your design goals are met.
Creation of a design plan for your project… Ideas for structural changes for a small remodel or helping to refine and add a practiced eye to new construction floor plans.
Creating a base plan and general ideas to help you get an accurate bid from your contractor on your project.
- Development of the design concept from the outside in…
- For small jobs we will create a mood board that will show case finish selections, paint, flooring, lighting, a space plan, and furniture selections. We will include drawings for structural changes, built-in, or other small details that need to be detailed for all involved.
- For large jobs we will create this room by room in a binder that allows us to visually help create a consistent flow from one room to the next. Helping us track decisions made and keep all parties on the same page.
Design Details and sketches for contractors and subcontractors will be created and detailed to keep the project moving and help answer questions.
Walk-throughs and regular progress updates, making sure the clients desires are being met.
Working with subs to relay design details and instructions.
Project management, making sure the client’s decisions are made in advance so we don’t slow down the design process, ordering and tracking of Furnishings, accessories and other specialty items.
Final installation of furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments etc… staging of accessories, hanging art and a final polish to give you a professional finished look.

One Room Makeover includes:

An initial consultation to learn more about your style, how you need to use your space and your budget
Creation of a floor plan, color pallet, and furniture selections to create an overall style and design for your space. (this is the most time consuming part of the project)
One revision to the design plan, aka changing out pieces that you may not like
Shopping for accessories, art and finishing touches
Project management, scheduling subs, ordering and tracking of Furnishings and accessories
Final installation of Furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments etc… staging of accessories, hanging Art and a final polish to give you a professional finished look
