Development of the design concept from the outside in…
For small jobs we will create a mood board that will show case finish selections, paint, flooring, lighting, a space plan, and furniture selections. We will include drawings for structural changes, built-in, or other small details that need to be detailed for all involved.
For large jobs we will create this room by room in a binder that allows us to visually help create a consistent flow from one room to the next. Helping us track decisions made and keep all parties on the same page.
Design Details and sketches for contractors and subcontractors will be created and detailed to keep the project moving and help answer questions.
Walk-throughs and regular progress updates, making sure the clients desires are being met.
Working with subs to relay design details and instructions.
Project management, making sure the client’s decisions are made in advance so we don’t slow down the design process, ordering and tracking of Furnishings, accessories and other specialty items.
Final installation of furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments etc… staging of accessories, hanging art and a final polish to give you a professional finished look.
